Legionella Risk Assessments
Risk Assessment
Compliance with health and safety legislation and associated guidance is a fundamental aspect of successful water and air hygiene control.
If you are a business that employs people, a business such as a care home or a hotel, then you are responsible for the welfare of the people in your care. Landlords are required to meet this legislation, especially those of HMO’s.
We will perform complete Legionella Risk Assessments as required by the Health and Safety Executive L8 (2013), associated Technical Guidance HSG 274 parts 1, 2 and 3.
North West Plumbing and Heating provide site survey and risk assessment to all relevant Health and Safety legislation, Technical Guidance Notices, and industry best practice.
We are here to help you so that you can help those you care about most – your clients, customers, residents, friends and family.

North West Plumbing and Heating auditing of site records.
Auditing can be performed at defined frequencies and offers positive feedback on the client’s written control scheme and monitoring records. Auditing can be invaluable in identifying potential weak links in the control scheme and can help to eliminate the possibility of enforcement by external control bodies.
